This Return and Refund Policy of Mood Candles by Torelli Sara (hereinafter, “Mood Candles by Torelli Sara”) integrates and does not replace the rights provided by Italian and European legislation on consumer protection, including Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which implements European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Return Policy
   The consumer can exercise the right of return within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, including holidays. Within this period, the package containing the items to be returned must be handed over to the courier.
   Direct replacement of sizes or items is not possible through the moodcandles .it website. To receive a different item, you will need to place a new order.

2. Refund Procedures
   Once the returned goods arrive at the Mood Candles di Torelli Sara warehouses and the quality checks have been carried out, the refund will be made as follows:

• Full Refund (within 14 days) : If the return is handed over to the courier within 14 days of receiving the order (including holidays), the full amount paid for the products will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs.
• Partial Refund (within 30 days) : If the return is handed over to the courier within 30 days of receiving the order (including holidays), only the value of the returned items will be refunded, excluding any initial shipping costs.

3. Return Conditions
   Before proceeding with the return shipment, the customer is required to check:

• The integrity of the tag and the presence of all the original labels.
• That the goods have not been used, washed, ironed, damaged or altered, except to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning (as provided for by art. 57 of the Consumer Code).
• The return of any original packaging, as received.

4. Returns During the Christmas Period
   For orders placed from November 1st, the return period is extended until January 31st of the following year, in accordance with the guidelines for consumer protection during holiday periods, in order to facilitate early purchases for the Christmas holidays.

5. Return Procedure
   The customer can request a return by accessing the dedicated section on the moodcandles .it website, filling in the mandatory fields and following the instructions provided. Following confirmation, the customer will receive instructions for collecting the goods.

6. Returns from Italy and European Union countries
   For orders received within the EU, the return is free. If the return comes from countries outside the European Union, any customs costs, shipping or additional taxes will be paid by the customer.

7. Refund Times
   Mood Candles by Torelli Sara will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return and completing the quality checks. Additional costs relating to premium or express shipping services will not be refunded.
